WTF is with all these political answers?
Anyways, teammates or not, both alonso and lewis will have learned a lot from this season and WILL come back stronger. BMW will be right up there with the mclarens and ferraris. I think the redbulls will do a lot better than this year as well, and hopefully webbers luck will have changed.
Vettel is still a knob for crashing into webber but I predict he will post good qualifying times and keep on improving as the year progresses..
Hopefully, rubens and jensen will be given proper racing cars that don't blow up everytime they try to reach 19,000rpm.
Sato and nakajima will continue to crash into other drivers and team force india will consistently be last on the grid as spyker were this year.
I don't expect much change from the ferrari drivers, massa might have some trouble adjusting without TC, i remember when he was a rookie, he would always spin out during qualifying or during races.
After all thats gone on this year, i think everyone involved will want to keep scandals and accusations to a minimum so they can get on with racing.
It's going to be another exiting year, i can't wait. I hope i don't get sent to prison again like last year because nobody watches F1 in there.

Yeah, no traction control. All drivers will have to get used to this. I'm not so sure who will shine but my thoughts for next year:
1 Alonso is key to the annual driver merry-go-round. So where he goes will pretty much decide where everyone else goes.
2 Hamilton gets a new team-mate. Not sure who
3 Heikki Kovalainen steps up his game and stuns the field
4 Sebastien and Sebastien (Vettel and Bourdais) will help bring Toro Rosso to midfield.
5 Alonso and Hamilton renew their rivalry
6 If Williams and Renault have good cars, maybe we'll see Heikki and Nico renew their rivalry
7 Red Bull may spring a few surprises
8 We may be introduced to a few more new faces in F1.

I think the battle for the title could be a four-way between Alonso, Kimi, Lewis and Massa. As for the traction control, we'll see. More drivers will step up their game, I guess. And more battles on track next year.
Also, if Alonso stays on at McLaren, he may or may not make complaints. And if he does return to Renault, Renault may rise and become a top team once more like they used to be. Or if he goes to Toyota (this is a possibility), we'll see if he achieves anything there. I think they'd definitely have improvement.

i hope F1 starts thinking green in 2008. nothing can speed up technology development than F1
they should say, okay, with regular fuel you have all these restrictions. but if you use a green fuel, you have no restrictions whatsoever. as long as the source is renewable and the carbon emissions are at least 10x lower than gasoline. i'm sure all these teams will be scrambling to develop a fuel that will produce 10-25 more horsepower but at the same time, given the rules, be earth friendly.
on a more realistic note, alonso will win the title, no matter what team he lands on.

I hope I'm wrong but :-
I predict F1's first fatal accident in many years. Not a driver though, and most likely in the pit lane.

Let's see... $4. a gallon gas looks pretty likely... -as well as an unpleasant spike in Inflation... The Housing Market should begin to Improve by the 3rd Quarter or so... O.J. will be Tried, found Guilty & Sentanced to 10 to 15 years (which he'll Appeal) in Prison... Brittany Spears will have another hit CD, followed by a nervous break-down, followed by her Announcement that she's "retiring from public life" (for the Time Being... :) ). And Hillary Clinton will JUST edge out Rudy Guliani in the November Election- to become our FIRST Woman President... ...-All in all, it looks like it's going to be QUITE a year... :)
