There's this guy that I work with that also go's to my school(highschool). He always glares at me in a funny way and soometimes he pushs me out of his way. I can't tell if he likes me or not because he is a funny guy, it just might be his personality. He glares at me because i smile and eventually start laughing because glaring makes me laugh and i can't take him seriously. What do you think?

He glares at you just like a cat caught in a spotlight! He's busted! He adores you but he's scared to death of his feelings! That's why his eyes bug out!

I think what you're refering to is quite obvious flirting. I think it's important to note that the "pushing out of his way" thing isnt violent as some immediate views might see. Personally I can say this because that's exactly how I used to flirt in highschool. It's pretty effective considering when you laugh back at his glares, it makes him feel good (thus why he's always doing it). I say if you like him and you want to see where it can go, dont be afraid to wear the pants and ask him to a movie or something. There's no point in not trying because if you dont then all you'll have is regrets. Have fun!

Are you sure which came first? If he's seen you laughing, he may have though that you were laughing AT him - which might better explain his behavior.
or
Pushing you may very well be the only way he can think of to touch you without revealing his feelings to anybody.
try to talk to him, friendly - without laughing, in a private setting so as to not make him any more uncomfortable.
