First, he was in WCW as the Diamond Studd, then he went to WWF as Razor Ramon, then he went back to WCW as Scott Hall, then he went back to WWE, and finally he went to TNA, he changed companies 5 times in about ten years, why did he change so much?

The short of it is Hall had a drinking problem and still does. Kevin Nash once said that Hall was one of best, yet the worst he has ever worked with.

He went through a lot of personal family problems because of his drinking and drug abuse. He got divorced and re-married her then divorced her again. Does anybody remember when he threw up on Bishoff live on Nitro? It was during a match with Kidman, and Bishoff, Nash, and Konnan were trying to force him to go back stage. He was really drunk. I DO NOT think that Bishoff actually let Hall throw up on his leather jacket on purpose. Drunks in the audience were laughing so they were screaming. He also went to court for scratching a limo with a key, and kicking a taxi cab and denting it. I don't know what other incidents he went to court for, but thats 2 of them that I know of.

FIRST HE LEFT WCW FOR MORE MONEY THEN LEFT WWE FOR EVEN MORE MONEY THEN LEFT WCW CUZ THEY SOLD TO WWE. THEN GOT FIRED FROM WWE.
