the pharmacists job outlook in US is very good. getting a h1 sponsorship isn't hard in the pharmacy field. However, getting it approved might be a bit difficult since the demand for H-1B employees is very high and the annual cap is 65000 only.

You would have to check to see if your degree is considered equivalent. My understanding about the UK BS Pharm is that it is equivalent, but along with your college transcripts, you'll have to submit your last year of high school transcripts with your GCSE scores.
