has anyone else realized this? College girls in america dress like sluts on halloween. They have to be the sexy school girl,teacher,cop or nurse..Then they have to post the pics on facebook and show off..."LOOK AT US WE ARE SLUTS!!" Why is this? Why dont american teenagers have any self-respect? Why must they dress so slutty? what's the point? I personally feel that they are belittling themselves.

They want attention and don't realize that when guys are looking at them they think of nothing but doing them. You're right they have no self-respect. Some do though. But who cares? They probably end up getting pregnant and dropping out. Thats the only way they learn.

Because any other time they would be called "sluts" but on halloween it is in a since socially excepted as a "cute halloween costume" so they get away with it.

Unfortunately, American society is focused on sex. Sex sells. Marketing is aimed towards youth in America and sex sells. I personally think girls and women are so insecure anymore that they try to find their self-esteem in their sexuality. I wish I had a better answer for you because I often think the same thing myself.

I agree. I think Halloween is the one day where a person can go all wild and crazy with an outfit but that doesnt mean walking around naked- save that for the shower.

Probably, but if they don't care, and it doesn't bother them, that who is anyone else to complain? We are all being raised in a much more permissive and free atmosphere these days. Regular clothes are getting smalled, so naturally, outfits that would already be considered risque would get smaller to. It is just the society we live in.

well you need to stop all your generalizing. first of all, I have seen girls of ALL ages dress slutty on halloween, and I have seen girls of ALL nationalities dress slutty on halloween.
