Has it ever occured to anyone that the Patriots are playing the worse teams in the NFL?
Dallas is the only team they've played that has a winning record
And Dallas has been playing some of the worse teams in the NFL aswell
So far the Patriots have played the 32nd,31st,29nd,28th and 27th placed defences in the league
Now they have to go up against the 5th best in the league in the Washington Redskins
The Patriots scoring anything past 30 is crazy to believe
The Redskins also have given up the 3rd fewest amount of points this season

Im not talking about people who have always liked New England,
Im talking about those who keep saying they're the best team and how they are going to go 16-0.

I actually picked em before the season started. Who cares if they've only played the lower ranked teams. They beat the brains out of those teams. I'm not sure where they are playing the skins but they should beat the as well. That being said, the colts will beat them in indy.

They have played Dallas and San Diego, who a lot of teams would not beat. I don't think anybody would rule out either Dallas or San Diego going to the Super Bowl. With only 6-7 games into the season, New England has certainly effected the rankings of the defenses they have played. They may have shaken the confidence of some of those teams for games to come. San Diego has limited the Bears and Broncos to 3 points each, but gave up a lot of points in two losses following the loss to New England. I also doubt Washington will still be ranked 5th after this game. Moss is looking like the Moss of old. I am not rooting for them, but I think they have a chance to be the best team in a long time. But who knows. It's the NFL. It's like the SEC. It's really hard to go undefeated or even only lose once.

This is the NFL. Teams shouldn't be able to hammer every team they play week in and week out. I don't care if they have played a "week" schedule. Your Redskins just got tuned up for 52 points! Are you kidding me? I'll bet the Skins won't lose like that again for a few seasons.
To answer the question: The Patriots are making the rest of a professional, balanced league look like amatures.

People like to root for a winning team, right now thats the Pats. Its just how people are.
I am a Pats fan but I have been since I was a kid, through their wins and LOSSES. But i remeber the first time I really started watching was when they went to the SB against Green Bay in 95' , I think thats when it was. I guess it was kind of a bandwagon thing but I did live in MA, so it was more of a home team thing. They lost that year and I stuck with them.
I'm just saying people like cheering for a winning team and if the Pats start loosing it wont be them anymore, but I also think there are a lot of people that are cheering for whatever team is playing them because they wnt the Pats to loose.

I have loved this team for 10 years and same for the Red Sox.
Everyone is joining the bandwagon because they are suck-up losers and think they can't lose or the are a loser. But if they win they feel all good inside that the team the rooted for won.Then all the real fans hate their guts because they bring shame to football altogether. And if they do that football isn't the painsteacking, rogh and tough game anymore so it turns into a sport that you get beat up for because you play it.

dude ive been a cowboys fan my entire life and im not a pats fan at all but you cant say that they are not playing great, dosent matter if they play the worst teams, every player in the nfl is good enough to be in the nfl they are the best, so beating the worst really isnt as bad is it sounds. and i think they will destroy the redskins this weekend, dont want it but it will happen.
and the redskins defense is overated, the coners and safteys will get killed all day.

I, personally, think they are the best team around. And I'm a Viking Fan!! We'll see who's Top Dog, when they face The Colts in a few weeks!

I've been a fan of the Patriots, since the early 1970's .. if that's being on the bandwagon, then I'm in good company....

Yeah, me too... I'm a CHIEFS fan ALWAYS.
But come on N.E. has an unbelievable team this year.
I'm a football fan and I can't help but appreciate a team that plays the game as well as they do.
AND this ISN'T the first season they have done it.
I don't know about any "Bandwagon"
