I think so since JBL has a strong personality. He can be even better than Bischoff. I think it'd be good for Smackdown to have some backstage storylines with JBL.

I would like to see JBL start his own stable. He is a great mouthpiece and I really do like his heel commentating most of the time (it is a great change from Lawler's ridiculous, old, horny, pervert persona on Raw). I think that JBL would be great as a heel manager to get some of the charismatically challenged over with his mic skills. Also, the WWE is suffering from a lack of the legit heels and a stable would be a great way to get some of them over while also giving the faces something to chase after.

Think about it this way. If they make JBL the General Manager, they would have to replace him as a commentator. That means that we would get someone new sitting next to Michael Cole. Right now, I don't want to take the chance that someone who sucks would get that chair. Cole is awful, so I'm happy with JBL being there to balance him out.

JBL....JBL....JBL.....JBL then he could be a real threat to 'Taker' instead of a joke. He could put him,Batista & Mysterio in all kinds of ridiculous matches......maybe use some the wrestlers as his cronies keep the belt away from all of them before 'Taker' finally prevails at 'Mania' again

to tell ya the truth man...neither one of them should...my opion: they both suck... but Ne wayz i wuld have to say that JBL may actually be a better GM...but the Undertaker did to him last Friday...Smackdown would have to get a back up GM...cause the undertaker is sure to do it again...dude, the Undertaker is the bomb....PURE BEAST
