Does anybody no how long Ryane Clowe will be on the Sharks or if he signed a contract for how long?

Clowe went into the boards Saturday night in Columbus at an awkward angle - it didn't look like his ankle bent in a way an ankle shouldn't be bending. He couldn't put any weight on it and needed help getting to the dressing room. It didn't look good.

His contract expires in 08-09. He will become a restricted free agent. Which means that his team can retain him no matter what, as long as they match the other team's offer (if he is given an offer by another team).
