No Jack, no one else EVER feels lonely.
Are you feeling sefl pitty? Perhaps a little sorry for yourself?
We are all great, we just have to find the truth in ourselves.
It is easier to ACT your way into THINKING,
than THINK your way into ACTING.
think about it, it might help. If you DO something, even if you don't feel that way, you will begin to feel that way, because you ACT that way. If you just sit around and THINK about doing something, or being something, it's much much harder to do it. You think about it too much, and it becomes further away from you.
Promise.

Yes, I'm married and my husband of 5 months sleeps on the couch every night, so here I am drinking a bottle of wine on a Saturday night alone and on the computer....the story of my life.....If your loneliness is temporary, call it a blessing before the storm, because you haven't felt nothing yet. It is worse when you feel so lonely you want to cry, but there is another person in other room who doesn't care.

Everyone feels lonely at some time or the other. Cheer up, do what makes you feel good. Phone a friend, go out, get busy, be active, take awalk. Join a sports club. Be busy all the time. Listen to music. Do what ever it takes to keep a beautiful mind.

Not really lonely, although I am alone. Just quiet. It was a rough week and I wouldn't be good company anyway. I'm fine playing on here and watching "The Fog." I think "Psycho" is coming on next.

Yeeeeeees!
I live in Las Vegas (hate it!)
All my family and friends are in California
I'm in this biiiiiig house all alone with my dog and cats. It gets very quiet and I get lonely. I hate going to the casinos and I think my neighbors go to bed around 7 or 8 p.m.
You are not alone!

I've been lonely my whole life. I'm married but my husband falls asleep at the slightest provocation.

As odd as this may sound, yes, and no. I have a wonderful husband, and wonderful coworkers. But, in this joyous time of year (World Series, baby) I am missing my close friends who live too far away for me to watch a game with, and my husband (gasp! isn't into baseball!)

yeah...I'm so tired of being alone and not having someone to cuddle with every night...
But I feel even worse for my sister, who is in a loveless marriage.... Nothing worse than being married or in a relationship and lonely.
