It is November 4th at 1am. Change it on Saturday next week if you go to bed early.

Personally I think the whole idea is stupid anymore and we should drop the daylight savings time. Finalize it and stay with it.

Saturday, November 4th. It was changed, last year, from the last Saturday of October to the first Saturday in November because too many people were complaining about how dark (and dangerous) it was for their child to go out on Halloween.
