Who's with you then? A minor alone in the house. Anyway, get an ice pack and press it on your boo-boo. If there is a bump - get a quarter coin and press it there too. Tomorrow nobody will notice it.

If you are serious.
For a cut nothing is better that Bactine. Cleans and makes the pain go away.
For bumps or a bruise, cold compress is best.

Things to remember
Always keep first aid box, with bunch of cotton, bandage, dettol, soframycine and some anticeptic lotion in the house.
