im looking for a superman lapel pin, with the superman logo... does anyone know if a comic book store would have them? i dont want to use ebay but it seems to be the only place to find one...

I've seen them in some comics shops. Is your objection to ebay just buying on line (protecting your credit card) or is it that you don't want to take a chance on buying used...? If the second case is the one, try going to Superman Through the Ages, they might have some new ones there.

You may want to go to the DC website and see if it is available on-line from the Source.
You'll have to take a look around the main page...I've never shopped on it and I'm not sure where on the page those items might be. Possibly under DC Direct.
If you can't find it there, you're local comic shop would probably be very happy to order one for you.

I think a store like Hot Topic might have one or a shop that has goth/punk type stuff. I don't know why but they seem to have superhero merchandise.
