Who's better? I think their songs as Beatles were about equal....but damn Paul wrote alot fluffy solo songs. Some were ok like band on the run, maybe im amazed and even ones like smile away. John always made great albums besides his drunken year in 1974.

Hey that's weird, cuz right now I'm sitting here watching "Help!". I think they were both amazing song writers, just when they went their separate ways they had two completely different styles and how they chose to define themselves were very different.
