I'm a little (ok, ALOT) addicted to technology............but who isn't nowaday's?

Was addicted to smoking. Gave that up 1989 & now I'm addicted to eating - especially carbs. Really addicted to anything sweet too! They say you are what you eat -- needless to say, I'm fat.
