Well, since this did not end up on the board, I'll give you an answer: light (or even electromagnetic waves).

Actually, most things are not made up of atoms. Aside from the obvious (atoms themselves, their components and their components' relatives), the particles that mediate the fundamental forces (gravitons, photons, gluons, and W and Z bosons, though to be fair only the last two have any actual mass), dark matter, and dark energy are not made up of atoms. In fact, since dark energy is theorized to make up some 3/4 of the universe and we're fairly certain that there's more dark matter than there is of the more familiar sort, it's possible - even likely - that atomic matter comprises less than 10% of the universe. So yeah, most of the universe is made up of non-atoms.

This whole universe is whats on the inside of an electron flying around a proton and neutron, of an atom, in a molecule, of a kids booger, who lives within this perpetually extenuating
G!ganT!XPANSion interact!ve un!verse.....heh ok seriously.....consider the fact that in the mathmatics "number line" zero counts as an integer, in the middle of where positive and negative counts in opposite dirctions from it. Now consider how North of magnetics could consider South as death, positive charge sees negative charge as death...etc.... the point being, that we seem to live in a symmetrically opposite interactive universe, where just because something is opposite of, doesnt mean it becomes or is non existent. If magnetic poles and electron charges were a living perceptive being group (and who can say for certain that they are not) its own opposite of side, the same as we perceive a concept of death. Having said this, I believe thought "xyzmarq's (pronounced ....
"z-eye-marks") that originate in "parestial zone" (this is open surrender, to yours, and all other being groups, which is the same perceived awareness, as in, meditation, prayer, and even a scientist elated by a discovery) travel all together along a zero dimension plane, straight to where the extreme mass black hole spews out from a massless black hole (its symmetrical opposite), the crunch phase transition is where "Blisskeeper" lives. The other thought xyzmarq's in parastial " (self absorbed), "pathostial" designated specific others, and "trancea" what i call the quick jump from parastial to pathostial, that can also go all the way to parestial...trancea also being the thought xyzmarq's of all sleep/comotose etc...All thought xyzmarq's that do not travel this zero dimension plane become "errant scat static" and the cause of everything "negative function" from misunderstandings, relationship discord and all the way to extreme disastors...which is like seeing mother nature like a baby sitter who spanks our group for not playng nice together. anyways im getting off the track (prattled on a bit) ...basically yes, there are many facets of reality that doesnt fall into "partical" category., frequency, light (both partical and wave) thermal dynamics, sound (oops thats frequency) as well as the, ...seeing someone from across a crowded room, and they turn and look back...or talking about an almost out of touch long lost friend, the phone rings ...and its them...on the line.... Something physically happens in these "too often to be coincidence" realization of existence experiences, and just because (what i call) "telerinterphasing" doesnt have anything to do with "sqiggly lines" on a card (esp experiment), doesnt mean, its not a part of the cummulative synoptic paragon, withing our designated being groups physical (and yet non-partical) reality.

Yes. In black holes and neutron stars atoms cannot exist for instance.

Forces.
Dark matter.
See - lies.. all lies. Hehe.
