The Chronicles of Narnia and LotR, but I was reading at a college level in 3rd grade, so I never really read "age-appropriate" books anyway. Oh, almost forgot the "Dark is Rising" sequence by Susan Cooper. But one book, probably "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe"

Poor bird....I heard that he went on the Maury Povich show but still hasn't found his true biological mother.

I have sooo many other favorites though, like Goodnight Moon and My Day.

I loved 'The BFG' by Roald Dahl, and also 'Bunnicula' (don't remember who wrote Bunnicula, though.) They were kind of children's novels, I guess. I started reading before most kids, I love reading. So those were the first books I really remember reading.

Oh My God mine too. I really liked when giant food started to fall from the sky. I always secretly hopped the schoo; would be covered by giant pancakes!
