We are wanting to move by dec. 1st and then i came across this ad. Tell me what you all think, is this for real or is this guy a scam artist?

I'd be leery. Why can't you deal with someone you know or a reputable broker? We hear about people being taken by internet scams all the time. There's no way to know by reading this.

I call BS. If you have the kind of cash that is being asked for I would think you could get a home lone anywhere unless your credit is in really poor shape. Either way, I wouldn't seek help from this guy.

It seems genuine. But it's probably a scam.
Don't contact him, unless you hear about him from friends or relatives.

I wouldn't do it....I would get a mortgage broker
What are you gonna do after 5 years if you can't get financed...i wouldn't trust it
