It is one of my favorite.
boys in the hood is a good movie but it is not conflicting whites and blacks but just black gangs. I would highly recomend it.
There are others but that is the first best that comes to mind

It comes out on November 13th though.
It's about 80s skinheads in England and how a little kid gets caught up in racism.
