All the disastrous ( floods, earthquake, diseases lost loved ones due to event, suffering) If God loves us then why does he hurts us...?

God isn't the one hurting us... WE are (doing it to ourselves). It's an unfortunate result of the free will He has given us. Evil can only be present where God is not. Any disaster you may face in live is a direct result of the fall of man.
Food for thought: If we did not have suffering and pain, would we ever find the need to search for comfort from a loving Creator?

All sun makes a desert. You need a some rain to make a forest. I have had plenty of storms in my life. They made me stronger. God knows what it takes to get you to heaven. Disasters make many turn to God. It is unfortunate that it takes these terrible things for us to turn back to our creator. God bless.

He does not give us this pain, but He allows us to experience it.
You can not protect a little child against growing up, but the experiences while growing up makes that person.
We are the little children, growing up, and it pains Him when we hurt, but He allows it so that we CAN grow up.
