It certainly is not the mouth, it is indeed as the other posters have stated the large intestine aka colon. These gut bacteria do produce vitamin b-12 but we do not derive it from them. We do get vitamin K from gut bacteria.

it's undoubtedly the mouth . these vitamins etc are made the microbial fauna present in the mouth . along with that , they prevent harmful micro organisms from colonizing the mouth
