Like they say the New England Patriots do?

Especially when you look at what they did to get that run, they got a single, sacrificed him to second, he stole third, and got sacrificed home. Look at all that trouble, are they piling on, running up the score?

Of course, isn't that what they're suppose to do?
I mean, if they started slacking off and pulling out their starters people would say they were too self assured.

People always bitchin about teams running up the score... SHUT THE H*** UP.. you're just mad cause your team is LOOSING!!

They are not.

In baseball anything can happen with 2 outs because time is not a factor. Especially in a HR friendly park like Coors Field.

You can not just take a couple of kneels and go home like you would do in football. And if it's possible, try to take some pressure off to your closer.

I say let them. It's Colorado's job to stop Boston. It's Boston's job to score runs. The same goes for New England and their opponents.

If it were 17-5 I would say they were running up the score.

9-5, no way. That is nowhere near safe.

Are you kidding me? Did you see how fast the 6-0 lead they had turned into a one run lead??? NO WAY can you call that "running up the score" them adding one more in the 8th. Please..........

AND PS - THIS IS NOT A FOOTBALL QUESTION

No, in the World Series, you smash and destroy teams when you can. Leave nothing to chance.
