*67, but why, do you plan on sending a prank call. Because the person that gets a call that came to them with the *67 used to hide the name and number can look at there phone bill on line and see the incoming calls.

Alltel does. Each number on an acct can be assigned a user name and that is what shows up on the caller ID.

If you type *67 before the number you're dialing, your number will show up as "Blocked Id."

call your servie provider and request that it be taken off. i have t mobile and when i first got my phone my name use to pop up in caller home id, when i would call land lines. so i called tmobile and they took my name off. so now my number and private name shows up.

no, 'call block' programs work with phone # only, not names
