Is it ok to have platinum two plugs mixed with your old single prong plugs for two days until you can fix again? Or will that jack it all up.

It's not going to hurt anything to run them for a couple of days. I think it would take a very long time before they caused any problems, if they cause any at all. The only difference I can see would possibly be the gap of the platinum plugs. Platinum plugs generally come pre gapped where standard spark plugs need gapping.

The only difference in the two is the time they will last. Your car will be quite fine with a mix. It is simply a matter of metal transfer bewteen the electrodes, thus the platinum to reduce it and prolong the plug life. There are no other differences.
So two days, two months, a year, relax and do it when you feel like it!
