It's kind of disconcerting when you're fixing to get going and you look up and your brother-in-law's cat just jumped onto the bed with you and your husband and is looking rather curious about it all. It doesn't help any that since she got in, that means she opened the door because she's oh so good at opening doors, and since the door is open that means your teenage brother-in-law and 9 year-old sister-in-law could see in if they happened to walk by, which is a distinct possibility since the house is not all that big. Slight mood-killer there, let me tell you! As if the cat wanting to watch wasn't creepy enough!

Well it didnt exactly kill the mood, but long ago I had a boyfriend who had a very protective and people oriented Samoyed dog. Once we were in bed, and I guess the noise I was making caused the dog to think he was hurting me. She came to the bed and started barking loudly right next to our ears. He kept telling her to stop, and she wouldnt listen. Finally he had to get up and shut her out of the bedroom. Ha ha, great memory, thanks for asking this :)

I have four cats. Inevitably, one of them will jump on the bed and STARE at us, at just the right moment. Talk about killing the mood! It could be worse, though-- at least we don't have to worry about kids walking in on us.

Yep, the phone, kids crying, sometimes people yelling outside. Biggest one was we had the radio playing and a funny song came on..neither one of us could concentrate.

Two come to mind

Cops knocking on the car window

AND

The dog's cold nose
(Just think about it, you are doing the deed and the dog walks in and puts it's cold nose in your crack...)
