The old lady across the street, she'll know what it is, where it is at, why it is here, who brought it, who came with it, when it arrived, when it is leaving, what color it is, how many teeth it has, the last time it went to the bathroom, where that smell came from, so if there is ANYTHING to be know, I'm telling you she will know! She stands out in the front and side yard watching what goes on, when she isn't on the phone asking!

Not most of my neighbors, because many are very strange. However our police department is only about 50 or so yards away. I'd call them. If I do need to find anything out, I have one okay neighbor who is an ex cop.He doesn't miss a thing, and I love it!
