From my personal experience, NO, time doesn't heal wounds from a broken heart. Sure, it makes them hurt less, but, for me, it hasn't healed anything. I don't think about it as often as I used to, but when I do, the pain is still very real and it feels as if it happened yesterday.

Time gives you a chance to look back, see the mistakes and the problems and then the opportunity to make changes. Wounds heal as life moves forward and you learn from your mistakes Lessons are tough sometimes but the enjoyment you receive as you grow and mature is so rewarding. People are sometimes cruel but as time moves forward life works out just as it is suppose to. Sometimes what we want is not what is right at the time, but given an opportunity and a little space, a broken heart can mend and become a healthy vibrant and loving being that learns to forgive and be thankful that the best things in life are not always the things we choose, but those that are chosen for us.

Yes, time does heal wounds from a brokenheart, but you have to be able to let it go, and move on.
I dated a girl back when I was in H.S. before I met my wife, and I caught her in bed with another guy, and it really hurt, and for quite a while made it hard for me to trust another woman, but when I met my wife and we dated, and fell in love with her, those feelings went away. I love and trust my wife with all my heart.

Yes it will heal. It does not seem like it though. You need to keep yourself busy. Hang out with friends, take a class, join the gym, volunteer, even getting a second job for a while will help. Before you know it you will think about it less and less. Good luck.

In my personal experience......time is the only thing that really heals a broken heart. You can supplement that with a support group, writing in a journal, working yourself to death, eating yourself to death, excercising.....just to name a few.
Time did wonders in healing my broken heart of many years ago. Thankfully, I came out on the other side a healthier, happier woman who did not shut herself off from loving again.

Yes it does but it takes a long time. From my experience i was married for 21 yrs. It took me 2 yrs to heal. Talking about it helps and being with family and friends will keep your mind on other things. Take your time. I feel sometimes its worse then death but you will get though it.

Yes it does, and as the old saying goes, "Time heals all wounds, and wounds all heels"
How badly you were hurt will define the time it takes to get over it. But get over it you will.
Sometimes it's short, especially if you meet someone kind of special.
Just don't sit around and mope, getting out and being with your friends will speed up your recovery.
