does batman have a gadget that can make him move faster? like a perinomic exelorator? can you prove that he does/does not?

I never heard such a thing mentioned in any of the tv shows or comics. There was a series years ago where he was taking some kind of steroids and got hooked on them (the government was trying to control him) but he kicked that and stopped using them.
