Your goldfish is definitely deep six. First it dies and floats around the surface for a while. Then it bloats and sinks. Then it begins to decompose and the water gets really cloudy and stinky. Eventually the water will clear and you will have a little goldfish skelton lying quietly at the bottom of the bowl. I recommend the toilet or the cat before it gets to that point.

Well if you stir a spoon or something in the fishbowl, it will appear that the fish is swimming. I'm sorry for your loss, but hey-- there's plenty of fish in the sea.

Ever see that scene in "Cosbys" where the family had to bury Rudy's fish? You're going to have to do that.
