After reading the links provided I came to the conclusion that in schools they are preying on the minds of children.

This has been done in the past and is still being done.
Just look at Germany and the Muslims. They did (and do) the same to their children.

During the 70's they cried about global cooling and how we were all going to freeze and die, so what happened there???

One thing I do find amazing is we can scare the crap out of kids in school with this but cannot mention the terrorists that are trying to kill everyone.

And remind me who runs the schools??? That's right the loony left.

So this does not surprise me at all.
But I do know if my kid comes home and tells me this is what they are teaching and scaring kids with I will be at the school the next day and more then likely taking my kid out of that school.

AS for the fires in California. They picked up a few arsonists. Could they be tree huggers trying to scare everyone into thinking the Earth is warming up so much it is bursting into flames??

On more point, How can they tell us what will happen in 100 years with the weather when they can't even tell us what it will be like in a few days???

Don't say things like that! Remember, the debate's supposed to be over (even though it hasn't really happened), so we're all supposed to shut up and go along with it.

I find it of particular interest that those who disagree with you on here don't have the guts to attack your actual argument; instead, they go after you by calling you a flat-Earther and an Earth-centrist. Why don't you try debating facts instead of throwing up a smokescreen of ad hominem insults?

Well as a person living in California I just saw a record for size and number of fires that were going on at one time. The fires were huge. Not to mention the fact that it was in the mid 90's in late October. The firefighters seem to think that Global Warming definately has something to do with it. So do scientists. I guess your smarter than they are though.

Hey! I'm a young, nearly-brainwashed college or high school student, and until its in a movie, ITS NOT TRUE!

So until a newer movie comes out and tells me otherwise, AL GORE IS GOD!

Yes.
Thanks for calling me Honey. It gets me all gooey inside. Thanks Toots!

mrle...you haven't a clue to what you're talking about. Global warming didn't have a thing to do with the S CA fires. Over 6 arsonists have been arrested, and detained for suspicion of starting the fires. I live in San Diego, Sir, and have 1st hand knowledge of the fires. So stuff your lies where they belong, up something you can't see since it's behind you.

I for one hope so, I truly hope all the scientists are wrong....and the crazy weather is a fluke, and the polar ice caps will re-freeze...I hope it's all a lie...

Stick your head in the sand. Actually global warming is a big problem you can still like the Republicans but believe in science and the environment or not?

I have an image of you with your head in the sand, and your buttocks in the air.
Hmmm...you do appear to be pretty cute.
Yeah, I like that image...probably more than I should.

Are you also going to tell me that the theory of the round earth (as opposed to flat) that revolves around the sun has been debunked as well?

Yes, you are right! People have been frightened to death for nothing. If they would only read the article, they would feel better.
