I always liked the sponge when I was in my 20's. My understanding is that they've come back out with them. My husband has had a vasectomy so thats my form of birth control now.

My son who is 2 is currently the best method. He makes sure me and my wife never get to have sex.

NuvaRing- Its very easy. You insert it on a Sunday and leave it in and take it out 3 weeks later. Rest for a week and put in a new one for 3 weeks. It puts itself into place once you insert it and it your muscles keep it in place. Its very easy and convenient. No pain or remembering. Also, it gives you a little reminder device that will actually keep up with when you need to put it in and take it out. I recommend it to anyone. 1 catch, DONT GO WITHOUT IT NOT EVEN FOR A WEEK BECAUSE YOU BECOME VERY FERTILE!
