When I try to start my car, I hear a clicking noise in the engine. The windshield wipers and lights flicker in the car but the engine doesn't rev up or anything. My uncle said it might be the selonoid because of the clicking but I don't know. My guesses so far are the selonoid, battery, or starter. Anyone else have any other suggestions?

Start simple. It sounds as though your battery gave up the ghost, but, to be sure:

Have the battery tested at your local auto parts store. If it tests good, then check all your connections.

Have your started tested if necessary, it too can be tested at your local auto parts store.

Let them help you identify the problem before you start buying parts.

I am currently selling a '94 LeBaron that did that a few months back and we had it fixed. In my case it was the starter.
