What do you think life is about?

I'm confused about what life is really about and i was interested in what people thought.

Live is enjoy everyday all God made for you, from wake up and look the sun until look the stars before sleep, love people around us, smile and enjoy the smiles, every small detail make a life.

This is a very difficult question to answer. i have wondered about this many times myself.

If you have a strong religous faith I think its easier to come up with an answer. I do not have much faith but it is puzzling to me why we have evolved into such intelligent beings with the ability to reason and the ability to ask ourselve these types of questions.

Sometimes i think we are so complex that there must be a reason. Just think for a minute how well you are put together, almost like a well oiled machine, something deliberate almost.
The thought has crossed my mind that we are someones experiment.
I still can't come up with a reason though. I mean now that i'm here on earth i have a reason to live and thats my children and my family. But i don't see the reason or purpose for the big picture, for life itself.

I , always , visualise myself in the following situation , whenever I think about Life and me.

Imagine walking down a dense forest. All of a sudden a tiny young bird lands on you. You are surprised , thrilled and , at the same time , you have also to take care and help it grow , till you set it free again. How you handle the frail, little bird , till itis free,is your responsibility.
Life is just that . The eternal soul, in its wandering path finds itself with a frail , small body...YOU. The body will grow , in any case and die later. But how the soul , within , brings up the body is what life is all about. You could grow up with a good soul, with high , moral and ethical values. Or you could be a desire driven body with a soul that is constantly in pursuit of wants.
What soul do YOU have , in you? Please find out and lead a life of that.

Join the club!! I think life is what you make it. You can make it a quest to find out as much as possible, to touch as many lives as possible, to indulge oneself, etc. It really depends on what perspective you're looking from. Religion plays a big part in some people's perception of life as well as pop culture. You really need to decide for yourself. I can't tell you how to live.

Stripped of its scenery, life is basically kill or be killed. If no one is trying to kill you, its because the police and the army are protecting you. The police and army also kill the people that need to be killed, so you can live peacefully. Remove laws, and its the law of the jungle.
