Hi im looking to rent an RV this next summer and ill be 18, the oldest in our group is 21 so yeah in PA would we be able to rent an RV

Highly unlikely. Phone around, because it totally depends on the insurance the company carries. You may find a company with a policy that will cover under-25 with a daily surcharge for insurance, but I can't see finding coverage for an 18-year old on an RV.

By law, as long as you are able to sign a legally binding contract (18 years old) you can rent one, company policy is a different story, since many can't afford the higher cost of the insurance needed to rent to someone under 25.

It's legal to rent anything you want at 18, because you are an adult. Don't worry about that.

The hard part will be insurance. For cars, most rental agencies won't insure anyone under 25. I'd imagine it is similar for RVs.

21 is legal,but for insurance it would probably be 23 before u can rent

I think you just need to have had a license for a certain amount of years.

not sure though
