I have a Razr V3m in siver from Verizon right. Now somehow i am guessing rain got into the phone. and my keypad won't work. It sometimes work but the sticker on the back has turned red. I have blow dried it and everything. So now i am thinking of switcing to my other phone that my dad used before it is a wole lot better than the Razr, but it is still from Verizon. So can anyone tell me how I could switch to tha phone myself without going to a store or something. Or how else I can fix my Razr, and the rice method and silicon didn't really help. So plaese let me know

you can change the equipment over by going to verizonwireless.com and logging into your acct, calling 800-922-0204 or visiting a store.

The Razr is toast, and you will need to go to the store
