Well I've never seen it happen but I've seen the effects on my siblings for most of my life.
Two paedophiles attacked two of my brothers and my sister.
They were family friends and sneaky bastards who stole from my siblings over a course of ten years.
My siblings went through hell growing up. One committed himself to suicide. One is still in bad shape and the third spent decades working through the horror. That is the worst I've seen.

I, intellectually know, that there are degrees of sin but really how different are they. With the exception of the effects of a sin on others, they are all basically the same. A person made a conscious choice to do something that they knew was wrong. That having been said, I know that God will punish sin, but I hope he has a corner of hell that is just a bit harder and hotter for child abusers.

Using the death of someone else to get money to use for their own luxuries. I'm pretty sure that's a sin and I've stayed away from that person ever since that happened.

Interesting question; I had to ponder it for a while...you get a star; the worst thing I can think of is when I lived in Calif.[late 60s ] I went into a diner with 3 friends, and was told we don't serve his kind here.[black man] I'm from NY and was outraged, he just blew it off. Probably not the worst thing you will hear.

This is gonna make me cry. I used to party alot when my kids were young and I was a horrible parent. I have been clean almost 6 years now. I left them and they have forgiven me. But its the worst thing I have ever done. I am sorry and take great of them and they take great care of me.

A relative of mine was unfaithful during marriage. That annoyed the whole family badly.

Yes, I saw some guy murder another guy. Even I killed a lot of guys. But only in video games. So, I guess that doesn't count.

i was within yards of someone shooting and killing two cops in our parish last aug. it still haunts me and prob always will....our whole town is still reeling and mourning...
