I have saved this game several times. It was just the first bday of their baby and now I can't open or find the characters?
Are they gone forever??

i exited and saved the game a few nights ago. then went to open it up and the characters were not available. the house was up for sale and back to what it looked like before they moved in. the only expansion pack is the nightlife one.

That's really odd. What exactly happened in your game? Can you give any details as to what you were doing, how much you played, when they disapeared? Did you quit the game then started again and they're gone, or did you exit to the neighborhood, then returned to the lot, and their gone? What expansion packs, if any, do you have installed? Are your patches up to date? Are you sure they aren't at work? Are they even on the lot? If you click on the lot in the neighborhood, is their picture still there?
