I really don't like a lot of today's fashions, but making a movie about it probably wouldn't break any laws.
(And if you're talking about 'naughty' fashions, children should not be filmed in them. Shame on you if that's what you're thinking.)

In the UK a lot of schools wont allow parents to film their own kids while acting in school plays in case some paedophile gets hold of the tape.
That policy implies that the school is putting on erotic plays with children
