if you please, consider the vast complexities of the DNA and RNA alone, not including the embryo and all the cell structures included

is it possible, though, to MAKE a human cell with machines, all from scratch, then clone it and grow a living human? I mean, that would be the ultimate scientific achievement!

Not with modern technology and probably not ever.

Although a bacterium was recently made in a lab with synthetic DNA, the rest of the bacterium's cell structures - membrane nucleus etc - all existed already.
