I went to a friend's church last night. BOY, was it good! They were having one of those interactive plays, where you go room to room and experience the lives of a family. The kids die: one a Christian, one not. They take you to this Judgement Room (for lack of a better phrase to explain it right now). First, you see the two kids, and each steps up to him, who has the Book of Life in front of him. One kid goes one way, the other goes the other way. Then the guy calls your name and you have to step up. After everybody is there, he looks DIRECTLY AT YOU. Then he smiles and says, "It isn't your time yet." Had me quaking in my shoes! LOL!
I dunno. I thought it was going to be one of those "fire and brim-stone" things and I wouldn't think much of it. But they put it to such a real-life situation, that you could imagine it being your own life, because things in it are LIKE your own life.
It really got me thinking. Since moving, we haven't been going to a church, but ya know what? I might just do that ... :)
P.S. Please think about inviting people to church, esp. if you know they're not in church. They won't embarrass you; they'll thank you.

Sunday School: 10 am
Church Morning Service: 11 am
Church Evening Service: 6 pm

I am a congregationlist and there are only three such churchs in Arizona and all are 75+ miles from where I live....One of these Sundays I am going to make the drive.

2mrw, sunday, i'm going. starts at 11 and i get up at like 9, i think. i'm at my friend's house we go to the same awesome church.

absolutely but not at 9am - the kids are never ready that quick - probably the 11:30
