I would like to know your honest opinion about my theory on how to prove that God exists. If God created everything from the earth to man and then created us in His image, how then can we not see creation itself. If our parents created us, their parents created them... so forth, then how is this in relation to ALL of the theories to how we got here. Whether by Darwins theory, to Organized Religions, Creation had to start somewhere. Our calendar started with Christ.. is this a fact? YES! 2007 AD (after death, BC= Before Christ) From as long as we know this calendar basis, who then did Christ try to prove He was from? Now if we can base our calendar and watch clocks off of this event of the death of Christ (which Darwin even lived by), then how can we not believe that His message was so important? Creation, proves that God exists, our timeline proves that we base our days off of Christ. My Faith shows Creation exists.

Religion is based on FAITH in god's existence. It has nothing to do with proof. If you wnat to believe and it gives you comfort, fine. Twisting logic and reason to prove god's existence is impossible and unhealthy for some people.

During 1800s, Anthropologists had a problem as to
how to classify human beings. One researcher
proposed the expression "intelligent animal".
After advanced studies on monkeys, it was dropped.
Another researcher proposed "tool using animal".
After observing some animals making wooden tools
and sharpening them with knife like stones, it was
dropped. Another researcher proposed "weapon using
animal". A decade ago, a rare film was shot by an
amateur in an African forest. One short monkey was
hit very badly by a big monkey. The short monkey
prepared a wooden knife using stones and hid it on
the top of a tree. After some days, when the big
monkey came to attack the short monkey, it ran up
to the tree for the weapon it has hid and killed
the big monkey. The one thing that the
anthropologists found with any group of human
beings, even if they did not have contacts with
the out side world for thousands of years, has
spirituality with some form of religion. So, man
is a "spiritual animal" if you want to call him
that way.

The Upanishads say that "Manush" (human) was so
named because he has "Manas" a mind higher than
that of the animals which realizes the divinity in
creation. It was present since the creation of
human beings. Religion is the characteristic
feature of most of the human beings. It was not
attained through reasoning using mind. Illiterate
tribes located in inaccessible forests also have
religion. It is as eternal and and as unchanging
as the Almighty. Disbelief by a few will not
affect it.

Religion is not a blind following. It is a sub-consciously driven
group ritual. It calms the 'collective unconscious' mind. The
religious culture brings unity and belongedness among the followers.

Nothing can be proved. Only disproved. Since you cannot disprove God, you cannot prove Him either.

Not every calendar on Earth says 2007.

AD stands for anno domini or the year of the lord, not after death.

I am nor arguing against God. I am a Catholic who very much believes in God. But I also believe in science and the scientific method. You will never be able to prove something such as God.

The best way to show people how convicted you are God exists, is to live your life the way God wants you to.

Bingo!....your faith shows god exists......ie, no empirical evidence. The timeline created by man is not proof. The existence of creation does not prove god exists...unless of course you are using CAVE MAN logic...which is how the concept of a higher came into existance in the first place some 60,000 years ago or so. (that's the date where archeolgists found the first signs of ceremonial burials among our ancient acestors.)

I belive you have come up with a good theoy and reasons why you belive this. If your talking about creation you belive in God in the first place, then you believe in creation. To belive in God isn't always about creation and finding reasons why this exists, it also faith based. You have to have faith to really to belive in God, and really to denie faith to him your sinning. If your a true saved christian you know in your heart and put faith into God to belive he did all these things. Christ tryed to prove to the non belivers that he was from God, his son. How can we prove your question asked? You have to have faith and if someone hasn't been saved and is asking question about why this and that, they need to either read the bible or talk to a preacher. Don't worry so much and when the time is right God will touch not only the non believer's but every one, and they will be no doughts.

Aesity means self-existence. Aesity explains the metaphysical nature of God as a purely self-existent being that exists in complete actuality. God is not a being that is created by another god; neither does God create himself into existence. Rather, God has always existed as an unchanging, completely actualized being.

God has his Being of himself and to himself such that he is Absolute being and the definition of existence.
Since God’s essence is his nature and God’s existence is the same as his essence it follows that God is existence.

I think some of the paintings like early christian art tell us something about god. And like the early writing before the bible was actually transcribed. All kinds of philosophers and teachers had to sit there looking a stones and scrolls and deciphered it into a paper.

I can't prove the existence of God, but I can prove that he wants me to answer this question. Watch:

God, if it is Thy will that I answer this question, give me absolutely no indication you exist.

...

...

...

Thy will be done.

See how easy it is?
