Yea thats what I did today Micheal S. but not about asking to see if the Lincoln Will work on a Mercury I just got a quote from advanced auto parts for Callipers and they told me $150 + ..Ridiculous. Oh and the pull your own parts junk yards are like $90. So i figure- If this would work Ill try it.

no the calipers from a 95 lincoln will not fit on your mercury sable but they will fit on a 95 ford crown vic and 95 mercury grad marquis. do not buy used calipers as if they have been sitting for awhile they are more than likely seized up

sorry they won't work the caliper bolts on the mercury are futher apart. part number for the sable are c391 and c390 price 31.99 each. each one has a core charge of 18.00 but you get that back when u take the old ones back. I know i'm a mechanic for 13 years

Dude you can get calipers these days for 15 bucks a piece, why dont u just buy the ones for your car instead of being cheap?

Call your local AutoZone/Advance and ask them for the part numebrs for a caliper for both cars. If the part numbers match, then you should be good to go, chances are they won't I am afraid.

You may be able to go to AutoZone online and find the part numbers yourself.
