Sometimes I am the center of attention, because my personality is attractive, and sometimes i am invisible, because i become suddenly quiet. I've been aware of this and I've noticed a few feelings I have when each situation occurs.

When center of attention: I have lots of energy, I am not aware of myself (meaning I am not analyzing my behavior at the moment)

When quiet: I have no energy, My mind is blank (meaning if I wanted to socialize I wouldn't be able to conjure up a single comment), and as a result I think i am very incapable of socializing.

From my details is this a symptom i have, or a simple matter of whether I have lots of energy or not? And, I its a matter of energy, what would you recommend for me to constantly have lots of energy? I appreciate the help

First, this is basically the characteristics of a normal person. This type of person may be the center of attention sometimes and blends into the background at other times - letting someone else have control of the conversation. I don't know anyone who expects someone to be an expert in everything.
Second, if you thinks its a problem, get a physical exam. Sometimes people get that way because of diabetes, hyperglycemia, and hypoglycemia, for example.
Third, it could be bipolar disorder or mild manic-depressive behavior, in which case you need to get therapy and psychiatric assistance or, if mild, work on it yourself.

Well, it could have something to do with your energy level - but it couldl also have other contributing factors - such as your mood, the people involved, the activity or location, your feelings about the people involved, the time of day.

I'm kinda the same way and believe both 'energy levels' are necessary for a healthy balance. Just think of your 'down' time as re-energizing yourself - like charging your battery.
