Does anyone know of any good agencies in the Chicagoland area? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!

I can tell from your question that you are not ready for an agency. You don't start with an agent, you wind up with one when you have earned one. It takes years of experience and training. And there is a big difference between a casting director or agency and a talent agency. Casting agencies are a new thing in the business and I think an unnecessay step between the actor an a role.
