Flushing the radiator just wastes your money and does ABSOLUTELY nothing for the vehicle.Start the vehicle and when it gets hot turn off the motor. Feel the middle of the radiator inside right in front fan. If the radiator is cold then your radiator is clogged and will have to be Cleaned out. A lot of vehicles today have plastic tanks on the bottom and top of the radiator makes cleaning them out not possible. Those have to be replaced. You also may have a bad fan clutch If the fan is belt driven if not you may have a bad cooling fan motor.

Check the belt for tightness and check the fan clutch.
Have it checked for blown head gaskets by a radiator shop if all other is good. Good Luck and God Bless
