On occasion I might give a thumbs down if someone gives a vulgar or racist answer, but then again I give thumbs up if the answer is informative or funny.~~

I rarely give a Thumbs Down... lots of thumbs up though. The answers don't scare me. Generally a down means someone was rude or unnecessarily mean, or just giving an empty answer.

You give a thumbs up for a good, eloquent, informative answer and a thumbs down if someone just says "I fink iss all bolocks".

I wouldnt go as far to say i was scared but sometimes i thumbs down just because i can.
