There will be a lot of haters out there when Boeckman and Wells are holding up that crystal football in January, having owned the Big Ten and whatever overhyped two loss team gets sent to them to contend with them for the national championship.

1-5 in BCS bowl games huh in the last 5 years huh? That's funny Ohio State is 3-1 by themselves.... nice try pulling something out of thin air though. Of course everyone in the SEC will say Penn St. it makes them feel better about not having a team in right now. Don't get me wrong the SEC is the best conference this year, but they are NOT head and shoulders above the rest. The Big 10 is also not the worst conference in the BCS the ACC is. Another thing I have never seen more people hang on to last year more than Florida fans or SEC fans. It is rediculous, people don't think that Oklahoma shouldn't be in it because they got pounded by USC in the NC game. That is prolly cuz they lost to a PAC-10 team and I'm sure there were some teams in the SEC that were better than USC that year.

I am not an Ohio State hater, I am a state of Ohio hater. Tell me one thing that the state of Ohio has contributed to this country to make it better. The only thing I can think of is Drew Carey. Actually, the only thing that I can think of that Ohio is famous for is lighting Lake Eerie on fire after dumping all those chemicals into it and the Congressman with the bad hair dew that was found guilty of bribery and fraud a few years back.

Every person I have ever met from Ohio is nuts. Where I live we get a lot of people from Ohio that vacation here and I cringe every time I get stuck behind someone from Ohio in the grocery store and on the highway. In fact, I think the only people that I have ever heard say that Bush has done a great job are ones from Ohio. I have seen people from Ohio chase others with knives down the road in broad daylight. I have seen an Ohioan buy a $1.2 million penthouse on an ocean front building that was ready to be condemned (that guy was actually an Ohio State grad and placed a big OSU banner above his penthouse door which I got to see get ripped off when the city came and demolished the building).

If Ohio State ever wanted the Big 10 to be taken slightly seriously any time in the next 10 or 20 years, they should not have taken an undefeated and dominant Big 10 record and turned it into a 41-14 loss to not-so-special Florida team. The Big 10 should have been demoted to I-AA after that joke. The Big 10 isn't football. I don't hate it. I just DON'T RESPECT IT. I think the Big 10 is like 1-5 or something in BCS bowls in the past 5 years. Should that earn my respect???????????????

Wow, look at these people crying. Doing their best to come up with some excuse why the Buckeyes shouldnt be number one. These are the same people that claim the strength of their conference is why their teams dont win games. Seems that is all the Buckeyes have been doing, winning games.

If that team from Columbus stays at #1 at the end of the season, it will be like last year. They will act like they already won the national championship before the game is played. Then who ever plays them will show them how to play football.

Buckeyes Rule. And as far as Kentucky goes, they got owned by Mississippi State. Now that is pitiful.

O-H...........

of course there are going to be haters, ticked off people that their teams lost to either Oregon, Standford, App State, or Kentucky... The way OSU played tonight, they prove they are #1!

Umm, hate to break it to you, but Penn State and the rest of the Big Ten aren't that good.

Seems to me that Ohio State was in this position last year, and got blitzkreiged in Arizona by a much faster team, when they had dominated a weak Big Ten. Well, if anything, the Big Ten is weaker this year.
