i know i have asked this question but i forgot to renew the question. someone gave me a instructions and a product but not a specific name or specific things to make it. here is the old post:

i am designing this thing for an art project and the problem is i dont know what it is called and what to get to make it. ive seen this thing in my Magic the Gathering card game. its a rectangular piece of plastic with a circular piece of plastic that that has numbers to keep up with the points in the game. what is that type of thing used that uses two pieces of material and they can turn like the MTG point keeper thing and what do i get to make it?

what is a sturdy paper or something that can be easily cut and is again sturdy but not expensive to make lots and lots of things to make with the eyelets and split brads

It specifies card stock and a brad, and even gives a link on what a brad looks like and where to find some.

It has several different names.

You're making a rotary tally card.

You'll need a "split brad" or a metal "eyelet" to serve as the pivot point. You can get larger ones at office supply stores. You can get smaller ones at "scrapbook" supply stores.
