Dear Friend, Congratulations on your new baby. As far as the morning after pill, please do not take it any more. It can kill the tiny embryo baby by preventing implantation. You can get support and information at a pregnancy resource center, which you can find by googling optionline, or call 1800afamily. Sincerely, Runner

You should be fine,I know someone who did the same thing and took the day after-pill and didn't get pregnant. But I would use protection, next time, and make a appointment right away with your doctor. to get birth control. also who ever said breastfeeding will not cause you to get pregnant, is wrong, It will cause. A friend of mine sure did. But I recommend you see a doctor to get your birth control .and use protection till you have taken it for a full month.

The morning after pill is basicly 3 birth control pills given at the same time....You can get pregnant while breast feeding.

The morning after pill is not 100% affective. If you took the morning after pill a few hrs after Intercourse there is a 60% Chance not being pregnant.

You should be fine. Are you breastfeeding? Most women who are breastfeeding don't ovulate and can't get pregnant. I'm not sure if there are any side effects if you are breastfeeding and took the morning after pill. You may want to consult your physician on that one.

breastfeeding is most certainly NOT a form of contraception. It reduces the likelyhood of pregnancy slightly....not completely.
