It's completely normal--not all symptoms are felt by all women.
With my first pregnancy (my son), I had very little symtpoms.
With my second (my daughter), I had every symptom in the book. I even had morning sickness last until birth!!
Remember: every pregnancy is different

Congrats! Most pregnant women would love to be in your shoes! You are very lucky that you are having such a good pregnancy. There is nothing to worry about at this point. First, morning sickness generally doesn't come until at least the 6th week, but alot of women wont experiance it until 8 to 10 weeks. I was 10 weeks with my first and it lasted nonstop for over a week. Every pregnancy is differnent. As for tiredness, chances are that you are taking better care of yourself. If you are taking your prenatals and eating healty you may not experiance the horrible tiredness until your 3rd trimester. Most women don't realize that the reason they are so tired is a severe lack of iron in their bloodstream. This is the reason first time pregnancies have it so bad... they don't realize the importance of taking prenatals and eating right. Good luck with your pregnancy and new baby! Congrats!

I started getting morning sickness around 8 weeks and it was 24/7 for about two months straight! (It sucked big time!) I am now starting to feel better, I still get sick in the morning though until I eat something. I am now 15 weeks along.

Being that all pregnancies are different, it could very well be normal. Some women never have morning sickness. I am expecting my 3rd child. My first 2 are boys. Never had any morning sickness with them at all. With this pregnancy, I am constantly nauseated. Try not to worry so much. If your doctor has let you know that everythig is okay, relax and go with the flow. God bless. And consider yourself blessed that you aren't having morning sickness.

Some people do not have morning sickness. I would count my lucky stars. As long as you are taking good care of yourself the baby is probably fine. Morning sickness is a fact of life for lots of woman, but you really would rather not have it, because throwing up can make you become dehydrated. There is nothing to worry about here.

Yes it's normal. During my first pregnancy I had morning sickness for what seemed like forever and the smells of certain food made it even worse and I slept all of the time. But this time I haven't had hardly any morning sickness or anything.

Yes. Both times I was pregnant, I had no morning sickness either. The only thing I had was nausea and that's about it. Some women don't experiance the "morning sickness" and fatigue. I was one of them.

I would say this is normal. I didnt have morning sickness with either one of my girls, but did with my son. Just like your children will be different, each pregnancy is the same way. Your dr should be able to reassure you that everything is fine at your first visit. Good Luck.

This is normal. Some women don't have morning sickness. I have even heard that when the woman is pregnant, the father has morning sickness.

It is Normal! I experienced very bad morning sickness with my first boy and had to stay in hospital for two days with dehydration but with my second son I had no morning sickness at all, I had to ask my midwife if this was normal too and it is. Enjoy your pregnancy, Hope everything goes well for you!
