Samuel French is the most likely and it doesn't show up on their website. You might call one of the dozen or more producers listed and ask them, here

There is a chance it is not available for production and therefore has not been published.

I agree with these others that it is too early for release yet. As long as there is a Broadway or other Equity production of a musical going on, amateur productions are not allowed. Also, when a new show closes for the first time, it may take 6 to 8 months for the rights to be available. Give it time and you'll get your chance...it's a cute show.
